let's make lunch

HAPPY WEDNESDAY EVERYONE!
Yup, that means we are half way to the week-end! Actually, today
is sort of like my week-end because I have a couple of days off ahead!
On my day off I usually like to sleep in a little, do laundry and run some errands
but today, I decided to just kick back, relax and eat like a baws. So let's make pizza!

QUICK & EASY
The basic ingredients are pizza dough or ready to bake pizza crust,
ready to use marinara sauce and grated mozzarella cheese.
Then add your own favorite toppings like pepperoni or salami,
mushrooms, green pepper, etc. I love homemade pizzas because
they are so easy to make and you have total control on the
amount of toppings you want to put on!

Here's Mylene's pizza! She put in some pepperoni, sausages,
mushrooms, cheese and freshly chopped basil.

I liked her pizza because it had lots of mushrooms and fresh basil.
Such a good combination with the sausages! Yummy!

It's almost done! We couldn't wait to eat it!

It smells soooo good! Here's a little tip- add a little bit of water
on the dough. This will prevent the crust from burning. We forgot
to do that here.. =\

Here's my pizza! I added lots of cheese, mushrooms, fresh basil,
slices of grilled chicken and freshly chopped cherry tomatoes!

I marinated the chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and basil salad
dressing, and a little bit of salt and pepper. Then I grilled it in a pan
with butter and EVOO. It only takes about 10 mins to cook!

So healthy and delicious! The chicken is super tender and
the tomatoes are perfectly juicy. Mmmmm. =) Notice how
golden brown the crust is here? A little bit of water really does the job.

Here's a slice of the bf's pizza! This one had lots of meat topped
with green peppers and onions! It was really good too!

For dessert, M&M's Dark Chocolate! My stomach is smilling
right now! =)

HAPPY EATING!
I know it may not be obvious, but I love food! I swear if I could, I would
eat all day long! I hate when people tell me "girl you need to eat more
so you can build some meat on those bones"! Like are you
effin kidding me?! I can probably beat you in an eating contest and
still rock a skin-tight dress biotch! Ahaha! Ok I didn't really say that..
but thank you mom and dad for my fast metabolism! =]

Until next time,
lovetrinakae

PS: I apologize for the low-quality pictures; I was using my BB.
